Wraparound system/NG program
NG wraparound system offers versatile the use of wraparound cases. the wrap around blank is partially formed to allow the product to be loaded into it from the side or on the top, which normally depends on the type of products and how production process is employed. The top-load wrap around system can easily replace the standard RSC system, whose design is divided the packing system into main 2 sections; carton forming and carton closing, similar to RSC system.
After forming the carton, operators can load their products into this wraparound case similarly to how they load the products
into their current RSC cartons and, after finish loading, the carton will be glued and closed afterward.
For automatic line, normally products loading station will be on the side, where the carton has yet been formed. After products are loaded, the packing line will delivered the carton to glue and seal the carton.
