NW-KX130 is an automatic small box cartoning machine suitable for packing all kinds of product into small carton boxes, like soap, toothpaste, cosmetic cream, and etc. it can connect to other machines to be automatic whole line, like from the filling station and transport to our cartoning machine.
It is a fully automatic intermittent horizontal cartoner that automatically open/fold cartons, infeed products, insert leaflet into the cartons, coding and then automatically close the carton. The product range is almost unlimited and encompassing including blisters, bottle, tubes, food bar, small plastic sachet etc.
For large carton, our NW-KX450 was designed to be able to work perfectly for the large size. It can be used for cling film or aluminum film carton, where it is also popular in garbage bag cartons.
NW-KX160SP model is a high speed Cartoning Machine for packing all kinds of product into carton box. Its maximum speed can be achieved to 160 boxes/min (depending on carton's specifications).
